Job summary
A local mental health charity is seeking a REST Hub Volunteer to help create a welcoming environment for visitors. The role involves orientating visitors, answering queries, and directing them to available services. Ideal candidates should have a passion for helping others, with a basic understanding of mental health. You'll actively engage with visitors, building rapport and providing assistance. Training is provided, making this a fulfilling role for those who want to make a positive impact in the community.

Responsibilities
- Meet and orient visitors at the entrance of the Hub.
- Answer general queries about services and activities.
- Direct visitors to events and support activities.
- Assist during busy periods to maintain a welcoming environment.
