A local education authority in Christchurch is looking for a Childcare Worker to provide high-quality childcare at Twynham Primary School. This role involves planning and leading activities that promote learning and fun for children. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Childcare qualification and a strong understanding of child development. Our Childcare Worker will provide high quality childcare for the children of Twynham Primary School within the breakfast club. We aim to strike a balance for our children of fun activities coupled with tasks which are productive/educational. We need a childcare worker who is just as confident leading a parachute game as they are helping children with their homework! We aim to offer an after‑school club provision that is valued and trusted by the community of parents/carers of Twynham Primary School.
This is an opportunity to work with wonderful children in our new purpose‑built school‑based facility, alongside a team of childcare workers who are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The working hours could suit individuals who prefer to work during term times only.
