Qualifications

• Willing to work towards registration with SSSC.
• Willingness to obtain PVG Membership for regulated work with children.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Early Years Practitioner in planning and delivering early learning and childcare.
• Ensure individual needs of children and families are met.

Skills

Ability to relate to children, parents, carers and other professional colleagues

Experience of communicating effectively, including non‑verbal, verbal and written forms of communication

Education

SVQ Level 2 Social Services – children and young people at SCQF Level 6
