We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager with Demolition experience to join our dynamic team.

As a Demolition Project Manager with a background in demolition, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and successful completion of demolition projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of demolition projects, from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and industry standards.
• Monitor and evaluate project performance, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
• Manage procurement, subcontracting, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the demolition industry.
• Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
