Project Manager (FMCG / MDR Experience Required)

Location: Folkestone - with Hybrid working

We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients Project Management Team, supporting the delivery of innovative new products and product changes across one of their product portfolios. This will initially be on a 12 month Temporary contract.

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams across R&D, Supply Chain, Marketing and Manufacturing to deliver projects on time, in full and on cost-from feasibility through to launch. You'll manage multiple projects within a Stage Gate process, ensuring compliance with MDR requirements and driving excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple NPD and product change projects across FMCG brands.
• Define project scope, milestones and deliverables, ensuring technical and business feasibility.
• Manage risk, schedule, budget and change control through to launch.
• Ensure MDR compliance and documentation throughout project life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to ensure smooth transition to production.

About You

• Proven project management experience in FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Strong understanding of MDR and product compliance.
• Certified Project Manager (Prince2, PMI, APM or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels.
• Results-driven, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will be working a 37 hour week Monday to Friday, of which 2 days will be at home and 2 in the office with flexibility on the other day.
