A prominent construction management firm in Sheffield is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the execution of projects ranging from £20k to £5m. Role Purpose
Responsible for the safe execution of a portfolio of concurrent projects for various sites. As part of the role the Operations Lead must ensure that the projects are delivered to meet JLL & clients standards in regard to health, safety, quality, cost and programme, whilst complying as a Principal Contractor with current CDM legislation. This includes compliance with MS18 and CSO6 standards. PM must be qualified in a related trade, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, building fabric, roofing etc.
