Role As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This role would suit a Project Manager with consultancy or client-side experience and a background in managing multiple projects simultaneously., Key responsibilities of the Project Manager role include:

• Managing projects throughout all stages of the lifecycle
• Acting as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders
• Preparing and monitoring programmes, budgets, and reports
• Chairing meetings and coordinating project teams
• Identifying and managing risks and issues
• Ensuring compliance with procedures and industry standards
• Delivering a high level of client service and communication
  
  Previous project management experience within construction consultancy
• Relevant degree-level qualification (or equivalent)
• Professional chartership (or working towards it) preferred but not essential
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience leading meetings and working in a client-facing capacity
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
