Skills
Assistant Manager - Full Time
- Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week
- Pay: £30,240 – £31,392 per annum
- Holiday: 30 days per year

- Run an efficient shop in partnership with the shop manager
- Develop retail assistants through coaching, mentoring and feedback
- Accountable for shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer service, deliveries, shop routines and safety
- Motivate and guide team to control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
- Recruit and induct new team members with shop manager support
- Friendly, positive, hard working approach to work

- Experience as a manager, team leader or supervisor
