Meraki Talent is partnering with a leading UK accountancy firm to recruit an Audit Assistant Manager for their Aberdeen or Inverness office.

As an Audit Assistant Manager, you will:
  • Take ownership of a portfolio of audit clients, managing engagements with minimal supervision
  • Support the delivery of revenue and profitability targets
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, helping them grow in their careers
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead audits from planning to completion, including close-out meetings
  • Review accounts and provide advice for more complex audit clients
  • Manage and guide audit teams, providing both technical support and day-to-day guidance
  • Collaborate with partners and fellow managers on audit planning and staff resourcing
What We're Looking For
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS / UK GAAP
  • ACA / ACCA / CA or equivalent qualified
  • Experience auditing clients across a variety of industries
  • Proven experience coaching and mentoring junior auditors
