Assistant Manager - Full Time

Pay & Benefits
  • Hours: 43 hours across 5 days per week
  • Pay: £30,240 – £31,392 per annum
  • Holiday: 30 days per year

Responsibilities
  • Run an efficient shop in partnership with the shop manager
  • Develop retail assistants through coaching, mentoring and feedback
  • Accountable for shop operations in the manager’s absence, ensuring customer service, deliveries, shop routines and safety
  • Motivate and guide team to control operational costs including shrinkage, waste and payroll
  • Recruit and induct new team members with shop manager support
