Assistant Manager

£38,548 | 12-month FTC (potential to extend or become permanent)

Join a leading UK charity as Regional Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing and developing a team of Advisers delivering telephone and face-to-face support to vulnerable individuals. You’ll ensure high-quality service delivery, champion staff development, and act as the first point of escalation for complex cases.

You’ll also support beneficiaries with applications, induction briefings, and guidance while ensuring safeguarding, health and safety, and quality standards are upheld.

Key responsibilities include
  • Managing and coaching a team of Advisers
