As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager to deliver exceptional guest experience and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing daily operations and driving performance.
• Lead and inspire the team to deliver outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with stock control, labour management, and compliance with food safety and health & safety standards.
• Contribute to team development through coaching and training.

About You

The right candidate will :

• Have experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within hospitality.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.
• Have good knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
