Brackenberry is proud to be working in partnership with a leading UK Police Authority to supply an experienced IT Support Engineer to support their critical End User Computing (EUC) refresh programme.
This is a field-based role, ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and mobile, taking the lead in deploying and refreshing mobile devices across the region. You'll be working within a high-performing ICT team, ensuring smooth device rollouts that are essential to frontline operations.
Rate Of Pay:£22.70 per hour
Role Overview:
Qualification in an ICT discipline or relevant experience in an IT operational environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
Proven ability to carry out advanced diagnostics on IT hardware and software
Experience working independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Familiarity with ICT Asset Management processes
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos
Full UK driving licence with eligibility to drive Constabulary vehicles (Category B)
Travel Requirement:
This is a field-based role with frequent travel across Norfolk and Suffolk. A driving licence is essential, and you'll have access to constabulary vehicles where required.
