A leading AI technology firm in Greater London seeks a Senior Talent Partner to spearhead recruitment efforts across their high-growth organization. The ideal candidate will manage all hiring processes, focusing on employer branding, candidate experience, and diversity initiatives. With extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in technical roles, you'll ensure Faculty remains the employer of choice in the AI market. Join Faculty as a Senior Talent Partner to lead end-to-end hiring across our high-growth organisation. You will own the recruitment lifecycle for both individual contributor and leadership positions across Applied AI. Beyond filling roles, you will spearhead high-impact projects in employer branding, candidate experience and DE&I. This is a pivotal role for an ambitious professional ready to shape our talent strategy, engage elite passive candidates and ensure Faculty remains the employer of choice in the AI and technology market.
