SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNICIAN / TECHNICAL ARCHITECT – CARDIFF

The applicant will demonstrate a proven track record of delivering projects from stage 3 to completion.

You will join our established technical team, producing design and technical information using Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to deliver projects to BIM Level 2. You will be able to lead projects including client and contractor engagement.

The successful candidate should be able to:

1. Lead projects on behalf of clients, including liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
2. Manage a small team as well as work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Produce and coordinate drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit (ideally to BIM Level 2).
4. Monitor quality and coordination of drawing information, ensuring project delivery in line with the programme.
5. Provide leadership to Technicians that form part of the team.
6. Contribute to bid submissions where required.
