Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist or Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical drawings and specifications.
• Develop and coordinate design information throughout RIBA Stages 3–5.
• Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and submit planning and building warrant applications.
• Assist in site coordination and technical problem-solving.
