Job summary
A vibrant educational institution in Waterlooville is seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Assistant. The role involves supporting various administrative tasks across the College, requiring excellent organisational and communication skills, strong ICT proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. The successful candidate will join a supportive team in a forward-looking environment committed to safeguarding the welfare of children.
Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritise requests for letters, photocopying, and document preparation.
- Administer processes for Year 7 transition.
- Lead on ParentMail communications and parents’ evening setup.
- Support events such as Primary School visits and Music School invoicing.
- Provide cover for Reception when required.
