A leading engineering firm in Greater London is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support its engineering department. This 14-month Fixed Term Contract role involves project creation, document administration, and client interactions. Ideal candidates should have 0–2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team. The role offers an opportunity to streamline client communication and assist in project billing, providing essential support to the Engineering Coordinator.
Administrative assistant supports the engineering department in day-to-day work with a start to finish approach encompassing project creation, document administration and project billing. The role will also involve both internal and external client interactions with a need for proactive thought and action.
We are looking for independent thinkers motivated to ask questions whenever in doubt and driven to help strengthen a successful team of Administrators and Engineers.
This is a 14 months Fixed Term Contract for Mat cover.
Reports directly to a department Manager, Supervisor or above.
