Job summary
A leading finance organization is seeking a Group Reporting Manager to take ownership of group reporting in an international setting. This fully remote role allows for flexibility in managing hours while engaging with senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities include consolidation and technical accounting, ensuring accurate reporting across multiple jurisdictions, and working closely with auditors. This Group Reporting Manager role offers a rare chance to take ownership of group reporting in a complex, international business, while working fully remote in the UK. Reporting into senior finance leadership, you'll play a central role in strengthening reporting, consolidation and technical accounting as the organisation continues to scale.
Our client is an ambitious, PE-backed organisation operating across multiple international entities. Following a recent transaction, they're investing in their group finance capability to support growth, complexity and long-term value creation. The culture is delivery led and commercially focused, with trust, flexibility and accountability at its core. As Group Reporting Manager, you'll have real visibility, autonomy and influence in a fully remote UK role.
- Own the group consolidation process across a multi-entity, international structure
- Deliver accurate, timely group reporting and consolidated financial statements
- Lead on intercompany accounting, reconciliations and eliminations
- Act as the technical accounting lead on accounting standards and complex judgements
- Partner with external auditors to manage audits and technical positions
- Support statutory reporting across multiple jurisdictions
- Contribute to covenant reporting and compliance within a PE-backed environment
- Strengthen group-level financial control, documentation and reporting processes
- You'll be ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong experience in group reporting, consolidation and technical accounting
- Background in practice or a technically focused Group Reporting Manager role in industry
- Proven exposure to international, multi-entity group structures
- Confident working with auditors and external tax advisers
- Comfortable operating at pace and taking ownership in a changing environment
- Exposure to US entities or US GAAP
- Experience in a private equity-backed or high-growth business
- Understanding of debt structures and covenant reporting
