THE COMPANY: This global software provider helps mid-sized to enterprise-level organisations streamline Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHS&S) operations while enhancing ESG reporting capabilities. Their innovative solutions are used across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and food & beverage. With over two decades of sustained growth and industry recognition, they are now looking to add a high-performing Account Executive to their expanding sales team.
THE ROLE: As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full new business sales cycle – from lead engagement and discovery to tailored product demonstrations, stakeholder management, and contract negotiation. This is a pure new logo acquisition role with no land-and-expand responsibility. You will sell industry-leading EHS&S software into mid-market organisations across the UK, Ireland, and EU. While leads will be provided by a well-established BDR function, you’ll also be expected to proactively drive pipeline growth and open new opportunities. You’ll report directly to the VP of Sales and work in close collaboration with internal teams. Travel will be minimal (up to 10%). Stakeholders will typically include Health & Safety Managers, EHS Directors, Operations Managers, and Compliance Officers.
EXPERIENCE: Based in the UK, you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience selling any SaaS solution, with a proven track record in new business development. Confidence managing the full sales cycle and engaging multiple stakeholders is essential. While not required, an ESG or EHS background will be an advantage and enhance your application.
The Package for Account Executive:
Basic: £50,000 – £60,000 depending on experience.
Commission: Uncapped, double OTE paid monthly
