Job description

Lovely opportunity for a Junior Account Executive to join a luxury beauty brand. The successful Junior Account Executive plays a key role in supporting the Commercial team in the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a fast-paced role that requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the luxury beauty sector.

Duties will include ( but are not limited to):

• Assist with the preparation of wholesale order/new line forms, price lists and marketing materials
• Liaise with operations and ensure timely delivery to retail partners
• Maintain accurate account records
• Implement a weekly audit of sales performance
• Assist in sales reports, performance trackers, and competitor analysis
• Support the Head of Wholesale and Commercial Director in presentations, seasonal strategy meetings and sales meetings
• Assistance in invoicing, purchase orders, and budget trackers
• Assist in the execution of retail events, training sessions and marketing activations
