Regulations are tightening. Demand is accelerating. And CIM is scaling its European footprint. We're now looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to join the team in the UK (remote‑first, but Ireland‑based applicants also welcome) and lead the charge into a new wave of growth.

What You'll Actually Do
  • Own the full sales cycle – from outbound prospecting to partner‑led pursuits and enterprise closes
  • Build stakeholder alignment across complex buying groups (COO, CFO, ESG, IT, FM and more)
  • Navigate long, layered sales processes and bring structure to ambiguity
  • Sell both direct to property owners and through global partners
  • Work closely with Customer Success, who act as solution engineers and stay embedded throughout implementation
  • Be a trusted advisor. This is not a feature‑pitching motion, it's a true Challenger Sale environment, Win and expand key accounts with contract values ranging from €30K to €300K+
  • Blend of 50% outbound + 50% partner‑led expansion
  • Progression into strategic enterprise territory as global partnerships mature
