We're a TikTok agency that helps brands stand out on TikTok. We’ve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and achieved 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We leverage these insights to assist brands in reaching new audiences, increasing TikTok followers and engagement, and creating compelling content that captures attention.

The Role:

We’re seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team.

Ideally, you will be capable of managing multiple paid social campaigns, leading creative planning, budget management, optimization, and reporting, with experience handling small to large media spends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead paid social planning and buying strategies for key clients on TikTok & Meta platforms.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, serving as their main contact.
  • Develop and implement influencer partnership strategies to promote client growth.
  • Create innovative TikTok Shop strategies to boost growth and revenue for TikTok Shop clients.
  • Oversee TikTok Shop campaign execution, ensuring integration across paid, organic, affiliate, and live content.
  • Guide clients on TikTok Shop best practices, including storefront optimization and leveraging platform features.
  • Provide creative feedback for client campaigns.
  • Serve as a senior strategic contact and escalation point for clients.
  • Coordinate content creation with in-house TikTok creators, freelancers, and influencers.
  • Recommend and develop budget plans for campaigns.
  • Propose new business opportunities.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Deep expertise in TikTok, with a thorough understanding of the platform.
  • Proactive relationship-building skills, with willingness to travel for client meetings.
  • Agency experience with a successful track record managing accounts.
  • Solid understanding of TikTok Shop, including shoppable content, live streams, and affiliate marketing to drive GMV.
  • Leadership experience managing teams.
  • Passion for working on paid campaigns.
  • Experience with TikTok Ads Manager and Meta Business Manager.
  • Proven ability to create effective media plans.
  • Experience working with multiple brands, either in-house or at an agency.
  • Strong creative eye for content that converts.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop Live sessions and support or advice on live production.
  • Experience managing or advising on TikTok Shop affiliate programs, including commissions, outreach, and performance tracking.
