A leading creative agency in Cardiff is seeking a dynamic professional for a 6–12 month contract. You will lead delivery across flagship accounts, manage a talented team, and shape creative campaigns from pitch to production. Ideal candidates will have experience in integrated campaigns, client relationship management, and will thrive in a collaborative environment. This role offers flexible working, private healthcare, and generous holiday.
This Cardiff-based agency delivers high-impact creative and advertising campaigns for major public and private sector clients. They’re known for clever strategy, standout work, and long-term client partnerships. You’ll join a team where collaboration, curiosity and commercial smarts are the norm – and where you’ll be trusted to run the show across multiple accounts.
You’ve led integrated campaigns, managed client relationships, and juggled budgets, briefs and teams with ease. With a few years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house comms team, you’re a confident presenter, organised operator and natural mentor. You're focused on delivery, speak creative, and thrive in the buzz of a busy studio. You could be a Senior Account Manager, Account Director or Business Director looking for a new home for a 6 to 12 month period.
This is a 6–12 month contract with the kind of variety, autonomy and impact you'd expect from a permanent role. You’ll lead delivery across flagship accounts, manage a talented team, and help shape creative campaigns from pitch to production.
You’ll need to be in the Cardiff office once or twice a week – the rest is flexible. Expect private healthcare, generous holiday, a strong training culture and a genuinely supportive team that treats contractors like part of the crew.
