Job summary
A leading recruitment firm in Northern Ireland seeks a qualified Chartered/Certified Accountant to join their team. The role involves preparing financial statements, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships. Ideal candidates will possess an accountancy qualification and have at least two years of experience in an accounts environment. Qualifications
- Hold a recently obtained accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA).
- Two years’ experience in an accounts environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements for limited companies.
- Mentor and support the team.
- Maintain and build client relationships.

- Prepare and review of financial statements for limited companies
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts
- Prepare KPIs, budgets and forecasts
- Demonstrate strong project management skills
- Mentoring and supporting the team
- Maintain and build client relationships
- Prioritise workload appropriately and adhere to strict deadlines
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills
- Hold a recently obtained accountancy qualification (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Two years’ experience in an accounts environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong planning and organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
