You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

Reporting to the Manager, AP Accounting, you will play a key role in the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate invoice booking, timely payments, and strong stakeholders relationships while maintaining compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

• Process and book vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Manage expense reports, payments, and bank reconciliations efficiently.
• Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper purchase requisition and order processes are followed.
• Support month-end accrual preparations and assist with intercompany invoice bookings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth financial operations and uphold SOX controls.

• Minimum 1 year of direct Accounts Payable (AP) experience; further experience within an accountancy and finance function beneficial
• Familiarity with bank reconciliations, accrual preparations, and payment runs (typically twice monthly)
• Ability to work within a multi-entity, international environment with consistent AP processes across countries and departments
• Basic accounting education equivalent to an accountancy baccalaureate or two years of accounting studies preferred
• Exposure to SOX controls and internal documentation is advantageous, especially in a publicly listed company context
