The Engineering department is opening a new role of Project Engineering Coordinator to work closely with the Project Engineering Managers and be part of the team responsible for project success. The Project Engineering Coordinator will oversee engineering reporting, accomplish administrative tasks, and support technical teams working on Projects, reporting functionally to the Project Engineering Coordinator Discipline Lead and operationally to the Project Engineering Manager on the Project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES
- Prepare regular reports for the PEM to support dashboards and KPIs follow-up.
- Manage Engineering Registers on the Project (e.g., Technical Queries, Deviations, Lessons Learned, Onshore Technical Changes, Offshore Management of Changes, etc.):
- Ensure consistent setup
- Follow-up utilization by the team
- Expedite actions as appropriate
- Set-up and maintain SharePoint Interfaces Management System for the project.
- Manage Project Engineering SharePoint Site and Teams: organize and structure the storage of information to ensure consistency, traceability, and visibility among projects, manage access requests.
- Support MDR (Master Document Register) setup and update.
- Perform and support action tracking and expediting.
- Support project close-out and expedite issuing final documentation.
- Organize multi-disciplinary meetings (e.g., Engineering Reviews, Risk Assessments, HAZID, HAZOP, etc…)
- Manage onboarding of new engineers on the project, ensuring their induction to project information, expectations, and organization.
- Prepare and update organization charts for the project engineering team.
- Follow up on holidays and work from home schedule.
- Ensure timely submission and approval of timesheets.
- Take initiative to propose and develop current processes to benefit from the latest IT technology to be more efficient (e.g., Power BI dashboards, Teamcenter PLM systems…)
- Work with Project Engineering Coordinator Discipline Lead on solutions to encountered challenges - maintain and develop tools to improve the process.

- Project Assistant and Document Controller for access to the Project SharePoint / Subsea Integration Alliance SharePoint.

- Demonstrable experience of work in a project environment.
- Good IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, SharePoint, Visio.
- Effective communication at all levels.
- Good organizational skills, organized, and rigorous.
- Positive attitude and flexibility in work approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Works effectively as part of a team.
- Good command of English language, written and spoken.
- Create a positive HSEQ culture and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.
