A leading gaming company in France seeks a Marketing Data Analyst to drive marketing initiative optimization through data analysis. The role requires strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience with predictive modeling. You will collaborate with Brand and Marketing teams, utilizing tools like Tableau and Jupyter to create actionable insights. This position will be responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to derive compelling insights that drive the optimization of our marketing initiatives. This includes the design and management of data collection and analytics solutions, analysis of the performance of marketing initiatives and their effect on engagement, conversion, and retention, working with EP and Brand teams, Marketing teams, and Business Hubs.
Responsibilities:
Help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.
Work with marketing teams to ensure marketing efforts are effective and drive incremental engagement and conversion.
Develop data science models and use statistical analysis to answer business questions from both brands and marketing service teams.
Create, guide, and distribute data and insights via regular and ad-hoc reporting utilizing analytics tools (SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, Jupyter Hub, Dagster).

📍 Our office is located in Saint Mandé, (Metro line 1, Saint Mandé station). Gym available in the building. According to Ubisoft's hybrid work model, our flexible work policy includes a minimum of 3 days a week in our Saint-Mandé office and the remaining 2 days working from home.
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,

[60 minutes] : visio interview with the Senior Director of Marketing Analytics
