You will be responsible for building trust with clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and working closely with the Customer Success team to ensure satisfaction. - Manage a portfolio of existing clients.
- Build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Kenntnisse
- Manage your portfolio of existing clients

- Identify opportunities for growth (upsell, cross sell)
- Negotiate and close expansion deals
- Grow aggressively the total MRR of your portfolio
- Work closely with our Customer Success team on identifying opportunities and maximizing your clients’ satisfaction

You know how to associate this quality with a great sense of listening to guide your interlocutor. You are also a fierce negotiator able to offer the best possible solution to our customer’s needs.
- You bring 5-10 years of sales experience, managing a portfolio of existing customers (Midmarket or Enterprise) with a SaaS solution
- You have a strategic approach and can drive your accounts business-wise
- Have worked at a SaaS company, on a technical product (API based)
- You have an excellent understanding of business
- Your oral and written communication skills in French and English are excellent
- You know how to adapt to all situations : adjust your speech, bounce back, interact, and convince
- You have a positive, enthusiastic and sociable personality
