We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team and bring fresh, innovative energy to both client and internal marketing campaigns. You'll take ownership of social media management, content creation, and campaign execution, working with a dynamic team of creative professionals. You'll play a key role in managing client accounts and executing .raw internal projects that will push the boundaries of creativity and impact.

Responsibilities

• Manage social media accounts for clients, planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content that drives engagement and meets client goals.
• Write copy for social media posts, ads, blogs, and email campaigns, ensuring consistent brand voice across platforms.
• Coordinate with the design team to create visuals that are on-brand and aligned with campaign goals.
• Support our Head of Performance Marketing with content and strategy for Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads, focusing on ROI and conversion.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers to build partnerships and amplify brand visibility.
• Oversee .raw internal marketing, including social media campaigns, blog posts, and promotions for our brand.
• Track campaign performance and generate weekly reports on key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Work under Head of Client Success Delivery to ensure client marketing needs are met, managing their expectations throughout the process.
• Manage content calendars for clients and internal projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall goals.

Qualifications

• Strong writing skills you can create compelling copy that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
• Understanding what sort of Meta Ads work and why.
• Experience working with influencers and building partnerships to boost brand presence.
• Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Figma, Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
• Strong data analysis skills you know how to track performance, interpret results, and make data-driven decisions.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
• Adaptable and flexible... the digital marketing world moves quickly, and you thrive in that environment.

Bonus Points :

• Experience with SEO or blog writing to enhance content and drive organic traffic.
• Experience with email marketing and using tools like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
• Travel for client projects abroad, attending meetings and events in exciting locations /
• Join clients on location to help execute content shoots and strategy directly.
