A leading video game development company is seeking a Lead Engine Programmer to direct engine teams on various technical topics like Rendering and Unreal engine. This role involves leading a team of engineers and collaborating with other departments to achieve high visual and technical quality. Full remote work is possible, allowing for flexibility across time zones.

As the Lead Engine programmer for Age of Bharat, You will be responsible for directing the engine teams on various technical topics such as Rendering, Platforms, Animation, Network, and Unreal engine. You will lead a team of 8-12 engineers with the help of associate lead programmers, and work closely with other teams like Tech Art, GPPs, Art and Design to achieve the best visual and technical quality while maintaining performances at their target.
