A leading recruitment agency in Bordeaux is looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships within the FMCG sector. The role requires fluency in both French and English and offers a competitive salary of up to €45,000 based on experience. Key responsibilities include client management, supplier negotiations, and overseeing promotional merchandise delivery. Candidates should have experience in a client-facing role and knowledge of POS systems, along with excellent MS Office skills.

- Remote role with Client Visit weekly
- Location - France
- Client Relationship Management: You will work closely with the FMCG client in France, alongside the Senior AM.
- Your role involves nurturing and expanding this client relationship. You will be responsible for understanding the client's needs, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring opportunities for growth.
- POS: Technical knowledge of POSM and Print
- Promotional Items: You will oversee the delivery of Promotional Merchandise/items/gifts services for the client. This includes ensuring that the services meet professional standards and are delivered to the client's satisfaction.
- Supplier Negotiations: You will work with a wide range of suppliers to fulfill the client's needs. This includes negotiating costs and timelines for each project and selecting the most appropriate suppliers based on various factors, such as quality, cost, and capacity.
- Teamwork: You will be part of a broader team, and collaboration with your colleagues is essential. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders at all levels is a collective effort.
- Experience in a client-facing role is essential
- Must be Fluent in French and English
- FMCG / Drinks experience
- Perm POS / POSM essential
- Promotional items / merchandise knowledge
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and advising on campaign print and POS is preferred but not essential
- Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
- Previous experience working in print / print management / print buying / marketing print procurement essential
- Degree advantageous
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office particularly PowerPoint and Excel
