SAP Development Team Lead - French speaking (B1 level) - France (Choose from Multiple Office Locations or work 100% Remote). Permanent Job. Salary: Competitive Base Salary plus Benefits.

Our client, an SAP Partner, is seeking an SAP Development / Technical Team Lead to play an active role in strategic projects involving SAP ECC6 to SAP S/4HANA conversion, supporting technical teams with expertise focused on operational and technical responsibilities.

The client is a well-established SAP Partner in France, promoting continuous learning, SAP certification, and offering high levels of autonomy. Their portfolio includes nearly 200 French SAP clients across various industries including Banking, Insurance, Retail, and more.

They plan to expand their SAP Development team to grow their footprint and acquire new clients.

Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in SAP development
• Proven team management experience
• Good command of Agile methodologies
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Clean Core concepts
• B1 level French proficiency

• SAP BTP
• SAP Fiori

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of ABAP, BTP, and FIORI developers
• Develop training roadmaps for the team
• Manage staffing on technical projects
• Define technical solutions and assess risks
• Hands-on SAP development
• Promote the Clean Core approach
• Prepare SAP documentation and manage releases
