Description
The Program Director will be responsible for the overall delivery of the EIS Suite implementation for our customer(s). In this role, the Program Director will oversee all facets of the implementation, including client relationship management, partner collaboration, contractual and financial management, and the overall delivery of EIS Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships related to the delivery of EIS services during the implementation of the EIS Suite.
- Ensure high-quality delivery of EIS implementation services, adhering to budgeted efforts and costs.
- Collaborate with the System Integration (SI) Partner to ensure compliance with EIS standards and effective use of software capabilities.
- Advise both the customer and the SI partner on best practices for delivery to meet functional and non-functional needs.
- Handle contractual activities, including developing Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with the EIS Client Partner.
- Manage financial aspects such as billings, collections, reporting, and internal profit and loss for billable and non-billable costs.
- Provide guidance to the project team and customer, leveraging business acumen to deliver efficient solutions.
- Maintain professional, client-focused behavior to foster lasting relationships.
- Coordinate with EIS Product, Technology, and Operations teams to develop solutions using existing configuration mechanisms.
- Identify opportunities to expand the EIS relationship, including new products or broader organizational footprint.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Project or Program Management leading complex enterprise implementations.
- Previous experience managing large insuretech programs within the insurance domain, including multimillion-dollar projects.
- Experience managing onshore/offshore models effectively.
- Ability to understand complex business processes.
- Strong consultative and facilitation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in French, both written and oral.
- Willingness to travel approximately < 25%, domestically and internationally.
