Job summary
A dynamic multinational company is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join their team in Athens, Greece. The role involves assisting customers with booking inquiries, providing high-quality support across various communication channels, and working in a multicultural team. Ideal candidates should possess strong Dutch and English language skills, demonstrate a customer-first mindset, and be flexible with rotational shifts. The position also offers relocation assistance, paid training, and a competitive salary of 1,500 Euros gross monthly.

- C1/C2 level of Dutch and good level of English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Support customers with reservations, changes, and payments.
