  • Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Booking Assistance: Support customers with reservations, changes, cancellations, and payments.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Quality & Accuracy: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with procedures.
  • High‑Volume Interaction: Manage multiple customer interactions daily with empathy and care.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
