B2B Digital Sales Specialist (French & English) – Fully Remote (Bulgaria)

We are hiring a B2B Digital Sales Specialist with native-level French and strong cold calling experience to join an international, tech-driven sales environment. This is a full-time, fully remote position, offering a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and long-term career stability.

Role Overview

In this role, you will:

  • Conduct outbound cold calling to identify, qualify, and engage business leads
  • Apply structured business development and lead generation methodologies
  • Build and manage a consistent and high-quality sales pipeline
  • Understand customer needs and propose tailored digital solutions
  • Contribute directly to revenue growth and sales performance targets
Requirements
  • Native-level French (mandatory) and fluent English
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling sales experience
  • Solid knowledge of business development, lead generation, and qualification
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital advertising is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills with a results-driven and autonomous mindset
What We Offer
  • Full-time contract, Monday to Friday (09:00–18:00)
  • Fully remote role (based in Bulgaria)
  • Gross monthly salary: 3,600 BGN
  • Quarterly performance bonus: up to 2,000 BGN

Relocation support including:

  • Company-paid accommodation for the first 10 days or more
  • Assistance in finding long‑term housing
  • Possibility of salary advance if needed
  • Low cost of living: fully furnished apartments of at least 60 m² from around 200 EUR/month
