Responsibilities
- Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries or overdue accounts.

- Manage the O2C process: invoicing, cash application, collections, and dispute resolution
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments

- Support monthly and quarterly closing activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Accounting, Finance, Customer Support)
