Customer Support for Social Media French Speaker
Job summary
A leading human resources provider in Montpellier is seeking a Customer Support specialist for a prominent social media platform. The ideal candidate is fluent in French (C2) and has a good command of English (B2). Responsibilities include assisting business clients via various communication channels, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing insightful solutions. - Possess EU citizenship or a valid EU/Portugal work permit.
Responsibilities
- Assist business clients via chat, email, and phone.
- Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and advertising delivery errors.
- Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions.
- Share customer insights with internal teams.

- Assist business clients via chat, email and phone.
- Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and advertising delivery errors.
- Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance-improving solutions.
- Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools.
- Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- French C2 (spoken & written).
- English B2.
- EU citizenship or valid EU/Portugal work permit.
