Your Responsibilities
  • Assist high-level clients across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).

  • Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for digital marketing users.

  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for online advertising tools.

  • Help troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and ad delivery errors.

  • Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions to improve campaign performance.

  • Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.

  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • C2-level French (spoken and written).

  • English B2 level.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Valid EU work permit or Portuguese residency authorization.
