A leading international recruitment agency is looking for a French-speaking Customer Support specialist for a social media giant. The role includes assisting high-profile clients across various channels, handling advertising tools, and troubleshooting issues. Candidates should have a C2-level in French and B2 in English. Assist high-level clients across multiple channels (chat, email, phone).
Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for digital marketing users.
Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for online advertising tools.
Help troubleshoot technical issues, bugs, and ad delivery errors.
Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions to improve campaign performance.
Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.
Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
C2-level French (spoken and written).
English B2 level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valid EU work permit or Portuguese residency authorization.
