Customer Support for Social Media French Speaker

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist business clients via chat, email and phone.
  • Support and grow the self-serve online advertising user base.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales assistance for digital marketing tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and advertising delivery errors.
  • Proactively communicate with clients and offer performance-improving solutions.
  • Share customer insights with internal teams to improve platform tools.
  • Handle tasks efficiently in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
Requirements
  • French C2 (spoken & written).
  • English B2.
  • EU citizenship or valid EU/Portugal work permit.
