As we expand our footprint in the Business Information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth in the French Market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quickly respond to and qualify marketing-generated inbound leads through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand and analyze potential clients' needs, aligning them with our solutions.
- Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through targeted outbound efforts, including calls, emails, and social media.
- Research and map out key decision-makers within target accounts to establish active communication and engagement with new prospects.
- Clearly communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set up meetings for the sales team.
Pipeline Management and Reporting :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback and insights on lead quality, market trends, and prospecting strategies.
Qualifications :
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales development or business development, focusing on upper midmarket or enterprise clients. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Strong commitment to relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and align them with our solutions.
- Highly motivated and tenacious, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and sales enablement or prospecting applications (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- The position is based in France, focusing exclusively on the French market. Proficiency in English is required for internal communication.
