We are seeking a Business Development Manager Acquisition Sales to take ownership of developing and converting new customer opportunities across both direct and indirect sales channels. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base by opening up new logos and revenue streams working in close alignment with the Sales Director.

You will thrive in this role if youre a driven business development professional with a passion for identifying opportunities building strong client relationships and crafting strategic IT service solutions that solve real customer challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities across direct and indirect sales channels
  • Drive net new business acquisition, new logos, and new channel partners
  • Report directly to the Sales Director providing updates on pipeline KPIs and progress
  • Develop and execute targeted go-to-market strategies for new customer segments
  • Collaborate with internal teams including pre-sales, marketing and delivery to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition
  • Lead customer engagement through the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to negotiation and contract closure
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target accounts
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor positioning and market dynamics
  • Provide strategic input into service offerings based on market intelligence and customer feedback
Qualifications
