A luxury fragrance house in Paris is seeking a Global Sales Director to define and execute the global sales strategy. The ideal candidate must have significant international sales leadership experience within luxury fragrance or beauty and a proven ability to manage global distributors and key accounts. Fluency in French and English is essential, with a focus on strategic leadership and managing commercial performance across multiple regions. This role offers the flexibility of a self-employed contractor basis with a long-term commitment.
Mode Executive is supporting a luxury fragrance house in the appointment of a Global Sales Director. This brand is internationally distributed, creatively driven, and positioned at the high end of the niche and luxury fragrance market, with strong ambitions for global growth and long-term brand equity.
Fluency in French and English is essential.
Please note:
The flexibility to be hired on a self-employed contractor basis is required, with monthly payment via invoice. The contract will be on a rolling long-term basis, this is not an interim role.
The role is based in Paris and reports directly to the executive leadership team. The Global Sales Director will operate at a global level, overseeing international sales performance across all regions and channels, while working closely with internal stakeholders to support sustainable expansion.
