A leading IT services firm in Nantes is seeking a Social Relations Manager to enhance internal communication and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Social Law/Labor Law, with 8-10 years of experience in social relations, ideally from an HR consulting or law firm. Strong analytical, communication skills, and proficiency in English are essential. The role offers attractive compensation including bonuses and involvement in innovative projects.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of proven experience in social relations within a company.
  • Experience in an HR consulting firm or law firm is ideal.
  • Written and spoken English required.

Responsabilités

  • Ensure application of labor law legislation with a team.
  • Develop a project-oriented social dialogue with HR.
  • Co-lead meetings with Works Council and unions.
  • Participate in developing social policies.
  • Promote communication regarding HR dynamics.
  • Provide legal support on social relations issues.
  • Monitor litigation cases with the legal department.
  • Oversee compliance matters related to GDPR.
  • Develop pedagogical approaches with stakeholders.
