Join our HR Team at our Location in Alcala de Henares – we are responsible for design, deployment and execution of HR capabilities in the areas of HR operations, Talent Management, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee Engagement and Communications. The role will report to the HR Director EMEA and work closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to the employee groups in each area, balancing global standards & leading practices with local norms.
