A leading restaurant brand in Ibiza is seeking an enthusiastic Head Bartender to join their vibrant team. This key role involves overseeing bar operations, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and previous experience in a luxury, high-volume setting. The role begins with training in Madrid before the Ibiza season starts.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at Zuma Ibiza. As a key member of our front‑of‑house experience, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels a warm, memorable welcome the moment they arrive — and every time they return.
Please note - this role will begin at Zuma Madrid for training prior to the season starting.
