Your role:

• Act as the digital focal point and BI expert for all reporting requirements, ensuring service quality and user satisfaction.
• Be responsible for BI developments, collaborating with internal Airbus teams both nearshore and offshore.
• Provide end-to-end solutions focused on business outcomes and user experience.
• Leverage current technological trends and define BI strategy and roadmap.
• Deliver business value through continuous innovation on an international scale.
• Adapt quickly in an evolving environment within multifunctional and international teams.
• Implement projects on time, within scope and budget, based on business processes.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into digital solutions.
• Develop BI solutions following best practices and ensure seamless integration with existing landscapes.
• Provide expert advice on scoping, development, deployment, change management, and system evolution.
• Coordinate communication with other digital areas.
• Lead change management activities post-deployment.

Skills required:

• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders.
• Proactive work ethic and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines within multidisciplinary teams.
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Technical skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant domain.
• Deep expertise in BW and BW4HANA developments; ABAP knowledge is highly recommended.
• Experience with BO reporting tools: Lumira, Analysis for Office; BO administrative skills are desirable.
• Experience with SAC and BPC projects.
• Knowledge of UI5, Fiori, CDS, ODATA is desirable.
• English at an advanced level; knowledge of additional European languages is beneficial.
