The ideal candidate will have a degree in Administration, Economics, or HR, with three years of HR administration experience in a multinational environment. From Temporing Barcelona we select a HR Operations (Payroll & Social Security) for an important company in the pharmaceutical sector located in Sant Joan Despí.

Manage the Payroll and Social Security process.

Manage Learning and Training processes.

Manage purchasing orders, invoicing process and monthly accruals

Lead specific HR projects and collaborate in cross functional projects as HR representative.

Degree in Administration, Economics, HR or relative field.

Three years of HR administration experience in multinational environment.

In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).

Experience in SAP.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.

A High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, multi-tasking, proactive planning, persistence and diplomacy are required.

A high degree of discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside.

6-month temporary contract

~ from Monday to Thursday and intensive Friday.

~ Hybrid position.
