Job summary

Una plataforma de retención busca un Ejecutivo de Cuentas en remoto que impulsará el crecimiento de ventas en los mercados de EU y EE. UU. Requerimos entre 1-3 años de experiencia en ventas, fluidez en inglés y español, y habilidades en estrategia de ventas. El candidato gestionará el ciclo completo de ventas, colaborará con varios equipos y convertirá leads en clientes a largo plazo. Se ofrece una jornada de 12:00 a 21:00 hora de España y un rol 100% remoto.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 años de experiencia en ventas o gestión de cuentas en SaaS o eCommerce.
  • Fluidez en inglés y español; otros idiomas son una ventaja.
  • Habilidades en estrategia de ventas y comunicación.

Responsibilities

  • Gestionar el ciclo completo de ventas desde la generación de leads hasta el cierre.
  • Realizar llamadas introductorias y demostraciones con clientes potenciales.
  • Identificar necesidades de los clientes para posicionar Growave eficazmente.
  • Convertir leads en clientes a largo plazo y expandir suscripciones existentes.

Engagement Type

Independent Contractor (Autónomo), full-remote.

This role does not constitute an employment relationship. The contractor is responsible for managing their own taxes and social contributions.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Growave, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth across the EU and US markets. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound leads, build relationships with eCommerce brands, and help them unlock the full potential of Growave’s platform.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct intro and demo calls with prospective clients in English and Spanish (other European languages are a plus).
  • Identify client needs, goals, and pain points to position Growave effectively.
  • Convert leads into long-term clients and expand existing subscriptions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams for a seamless client journey.
  • Maintain and develop key accounts, including partner agencies.
  • Track progress in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and competitor offerings.
About You

1–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or BDR / SDR roles within SaaS, Shopify, or eCommerce industries - required.

Fluent in

English and Spanish

(additional languages like French, German, or Portuguese are a plus).

Strong skills in sales strategy, communication, and relationship building.

Goal-driven, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

Tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable using CRM and sales tools.

Adaptable and effective in a remote, cross-time-zone environment.

12 : 00–21 : 00 Spain time (CET / CEST depending on season)
